4.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your batman11 account, you must notify batman11 support immediately. batman11 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period.
4.4 batman11 reserves the right to perform enhanced identity verification (KYC) on any account at any time. Members are required to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by batman11. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
batman11 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. batman11 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.
All deposits to batman11 must be made from payment accounts held in the Member's own name. batman11 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a promotion. Deposits are credited to the Member's batman11 wallet upon confirmation of receipt.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the Member's registered Malaysian bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, satisfaction of bonus wagering requirements. batman11 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals within five minutes and bank transfers same-day for requests received before 22:00 MYT, subject to payment processor availability.
batman11 complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. batman11 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts. batman11 may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law and its licensing obligations.
6.1 All wagers placed on batman11 are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to the relevant game type (sportsbook, casino, slots, crash, or lottery).
6.2 Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member except where explicitly permitted by product-specific rules (for example, cash-out functionality in supported sportsbook markets).
6.3 batman11 reserves the right to void wagers in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, manifest pricing errors, match abandonment (sportsbook), or evidence of collusion or irregular betting patterns.
6.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, game type, and Member account status. Current limits are displayed within each product section at the time of wagering.
6.5 Game outcomes determined by certified RNG software are final. For live casino games, the physical game outcome as determined by the dealer on camera is final. batman11's logged outcome records take precedence in any dispute regarding results.
7.1 batman11 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least ten (10) times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. batman11 reserves the right to set different wagering requirements for specific promotions.
7.3 batman11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotional offers are not transferable and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
7.4 batman11 may, at its sole discretion, revoke bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Member has attempted to abuse batman11's bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns, or coordinated staking with other players.

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the batman11 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any batman11 content.
10.1 batman11 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. batman11 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, batman11 shall not be liable to any Member for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.3 batman11's aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to batman11 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits batman11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.2 Members who wish to close their batman11 account voluntarily may do so by contacting batman11 support. Remaining account balances after satisfaction of any pending wagering requirements will be returned to the Member's designated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 Upon termination for cause, batman11 reserves the right to withhold funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under batman11's international gaming authority licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified under batman11's licensing framework.
